A father applied to extend his time with an infant. An expert recommended an access plan where the father’s time with the infant increased in a graduated approach.
The judge ordered a graduated approach where the infant spend 3.5 hours per day with the father for four days of the week for one month, followed by contact on three days of the week of 7.5 hours twice per week and 3.5 hours once per week for a month, followed by 7.5 hours per day on three days of the week.
