Lackey & Mae 2013 FMCAfam 284
Parents of four children aged between 14 and 5 years had been in high conflict for some years. The judge found that the father and paternal family had made 34 allegations to the child protection department and police covering a wide range of concerns, but no allegations had been substantiated (unsubstantiated allegation). The father and his family had also posted messages on Facebook that the judge found to be denigrating of the Court and staff who participated in the case.
The judge ordered that the children live with the mother and spend time with the father. The father was restrained from making reports to the child protection department for a period of three years.
